    Nice. You did get practically the most energy-efficient combo possible though, so I think many others won't get as excellent results.

    I assume you don't have discrete graphics?

    for an opposite, Wireless on, Brightness all the way up, Folding (ie 100% cpu usage) 8400, 2hrs of battery life. I'm sure I could more than double that if I wasn't folding

    I love the battery life of my 1520. I get 5+ hours also with the 8600m GT. Its great!!!
