I think my 1520 is dead. I was trying to upgrade the BIOS to A07 from A03 and its not booting anymore.

The lights on the left hand side blibks for couple of moments and and then gone, nothing happens.

I called the Tech Support (I am in India) and the guy tried few things (Remove AC Adaptor, Remove Battery, Push Power button for 40 seconds) but still no use. Dell is gonig to send an Engineer at my home on Monday. He said they might need to change the motherborad.

Good that I have 3 Year Complete Cover for my Laptop :) I will keep you posted on this issue.

Also would like to hear any other stories like this.
