I just ordered an Inspiron 1520, and according to the order description, there is a line that says "DELL RESOURCE DVD,BACK-UP INSP 1520". Is that a vista os backup dvd with all of the drivers on it? i thought they didn't come with them anymore, or did they start again? I would like to reformat my hard drive and reinstall vista home premium when i get it so i can get rid of all the crap that bloats the system, but i am not sure if the dvd will allow you to do a complete clean reinstall, or if it will automatically reinstall all the junk back on the laptop (more like a restore than a reformat)? Anyone who knows, i would really like your help. Thanks.

The DVD is an OEM vista copy without driver, software, etc on it
