    Hello everyone.

I'm trying to get my wireless and bluetooth working with my Dell. I have the Draft N card and I did purchase internal bluetooth. I tried installing the drivers on Dell's site but they did not work.

    Any suggestions?

    okok heres what I did.

I went to intel and got the application for proset for the 4965 AGN card. The proset application contains the driver. Anyways, installed that and zing, works well.

Umm, bluetooth I dont think will work until dell releases the driver. Ive tried searching bcm2045 xp drivers etc on the net to no avail. Also wifi catcher doesnt work when you pull back the button and the computer is on. So I cant find dell quickset application for XP or else this would work.

Audio does work you just need to get the driver which I found searching through this forum. Youll need to uninstall and reinstall and then allow windows to search for the driver a few times.

The modded inf driver for the 8600m gt seems to work great. As does the touchpad driver I found through Dell.

    Cheers and goodluck@!

Did you try using your S-Video port after installing the modded inf driver? Mine still WORKED technically but I kept getting an error that rundll32 has stopped working. Kinda annoying actually.

I had the same problem. As far as the Bluetooth goes go to dells website and search for 2 programs. The first is R159805 this will reactivate the Bluetooth hardware that was disabled from the xp install. The second thing is to download R127314 that’s the Bluetooth driver that you need. This worked for me and hopefully it will work for you too.
