    Greetings,
I own a 2.5yrs old Inspiron 1520 which still perform quite well.
However, during the past few month - the Battery indicator keep blinking all the time - no matter if it's on or off or connected to the power adapter.
The blinking "code" is something like 3-4blinks red, 1 blink blue and a delay - than all over again.
I'd also add the the current battery is probably over it's due date, but since I usually work connected to a power source it doesn't bother me that much (and I'm into buying a new machine soon anyhow).

    Are these related?

Does anyone knows how to stop that annoying blinking?
    It's driving me crazy...

Yeah, the blinking is just telling you that the battery is nearing the end of its userful life (or already dead), You can't stop it unless you replace the battery or simply take it out.
