    Hello!

After about 2 years my 1520 is dead. The screen is broken and I'm sure the processor got fried too. There was literally like a billion things going wrong with this laptop I just didnt want to send it in until it was absolutely necessary.

I have a 3 year warranty so I am wondering what laptop they will give me to replace this one. I spent about 1400$ on this laptop and it was top of the line when I bought it so I don't want to get a worse laptop in exchange. Anyone that has gone through this process have any advice for me?

    Thanks!

You'll get pretty much the exact laptop back. It will most likely be another Inspiron 1520 with the same or similar specs. If they're not identical, they'll be slight improvements.
