Please help! I got an inspiron after reading all about it and deciding it was the computer for me... it arrived today and I am hearing a sort of VERY faint hissing/screaching noise in the background when the computer is near idling... for instance when I scroll down a page the noise will cut out... and when I stop scrolling it comes back.. the same goes for when I load a program or click a link... it cuts out until its done computing. What is this noise? I've heard it before on an old compaq back in the days of 256MB ram.... but this is out of the box today... what is the problem? Dell is taking the computer back tommorow... please clue me in!
