I have a 1520 with XP and I've installed the Bluetooth drivers as on DELL's support site.

I'm trying to get a Microsoft 5000 bluetooth mouse working and be able to use ActiveSync with a Window Mobile 6 device over bluetooth.

    Can anyone do this reliably?

I can get the mouse to work or I can get ActiveSync to work, but I can't seem to get both to work at the same time. The closest I came was by getting ActiveSync to work and while connected withe PDA, add my mouse and the the mouse works, but if I then disconnect the PDA, I can't reconnect.

Should I be using different (or better) drivers?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I also have problem with the Dell BT 355 driver in my Vostro 1400 with XP. Finally I installed the Anycom BT driver (Widcomm 5.1.4200). Make sure you uninstall all BT drivers. Shut down, turn off BT in BIOS, reboot, install the driver, reboot, turn on BT in BIOS, and you should be good to go.

Thanks. I'll give this a shot.

How do I remove the existing drivers? Do I simply uninstall the "WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software" in the Control Panel->Add and Remove Programs? Or do I need to do something in the Device Manager?
