    Hello,

I received my Inspiron yesterday and I love it. It's fast, looks nice and the screen seems to be very good. However, I have a problem; I'm having issues with streaming.

I'm trying to stream from one PC in my network to this laptop, but it doesn't work well. The music stops and plays and stops and plays and so on and sometimes I don't get any video at all. The intel core2duo 2ghz processor and the Intel GMA X3100 + 3gb RAM should be able to handle just a regular stream, shouldn't they?

My connection shows ''excellent'' @ 144mb/s. (wireless N)

Do any of you guys have an idea what to do? I already tried dowloading drivers and codecs etc.

    Thanks in advance,

    Mipas

Yes, a mod should move this there soon.

I take it your laptop is running Vista. What operating system is your pc running?

I just noticed MP3's streams fine. The problems occur to .avi files and recordings from Windows Media Center. Is my laptop just too weak to stream these files? :S
