    Inspiron 1525 windows7 webcam blue screen

    Hi Inspiron comrades
    After installing W7 home premium on my 1525 , and trying to take a photo with the built in webcam , blue screen appears and system reboots . I tried to contact Dell but the auto reply answer was : [[your service tag does not provide e-mail support , please contact us by phone.]] You imagine that if I call from Greece where I live ,the States to get a phone support ,yhe phone call will cost me another inspiron . so , YOUR HELP PLEASE !!!
    NB : on my Skype the webcan works perfecly ! it also works O.K. with other video chating software like oovoo for instance . The blue screen appears only when I enter the webcam manager and press the start button to take a picture Thank you in advance for your time . Have a nice 2012 .
