I Have Dell Inspiron 1525. Recently I Found That When My Machine Comes Back After Stanby Or Hibernate,it Doesnt Detects The Wireless Network. Even If The Network Connection At The Status Bar Shows The Connection,i Could Not Connect To The Internet. Reapiring It Shows That It Is "unable To Clear Arp Cache".on Contrary If I Restart The Machine,it Works Normally.
