Hi, i tried to find by my own solution, but it wasn't as easy i I though...

I would like to have Internet by WiFi transfer and get rid of cable of LAN connection. About 2 years ago, after installation windows 7 i couldn't find WiFi connection with now I need.

I tried reinstall drivers from Dell site.
I tried find connection by Acrylic program ale it show me massage: "wireless local area network interface is powered down and does not support the requested operation"

I don't know what informations will help to solve problem so i did printscreen of device manager:

The Device Manager says that your Wifi card is detected and functioning properly. You have either disabled Wifi using the keyboard, or there's something wrong with your wireless network. If the former, you can use the F2 key to turn the Wifi back on.

It's possible that the card is malfunctioning but reporting to Windows that it's working, but that's unlikely. In any case, it's plainly not a software issue. Many 1545's, including my own, actually shipped from the factory with that Wifi card and Windows 7.
