    Okay this is really weird but... none of my game discs or dvds or cds fit inside my laptops tray... the ball inside is too big to fit inside the hole on the dvd. So wdf?

    Unless you're using mini-disks or some other non-standard disk size, it will fit. It just might take some convincing.

    Maybe it's faulty? Does the disc drive look broken in any way?
