    Hi All,
I've had my Inspiron for a little over a year now. It's given me countless problems, but now it's at a point that I can't fix. And calling Dell to have them do it will not only cost 60 bucks, but also a lot of time. :(

My internal keyboard is having BAD issues typing. In order to sign into my account, I have to hit the caps lock key and type my password.
From there? My shift key will not work, but will randomly shift on it's own. The period key only types >. Then the keyboard will not work at all. And then I will have to press and hold the keys for about 3 seconds each to type. The process then repeats.

I'm working on getting a new computer, but in the interum, I'm a college student and NEED me computer to work.

I need help BAD, so anyone who has a suggestion, please help!
    Thank you!!

How about just disconnecting the internal keyboard and using an external one?
