    Hi Rak,

Are you installing the same version of Windows in this system? Also is there any error message during the driver installation? If so please do let us know the complete error message.

If you have installed the same version of Windows and no error messages, please try installing the driver in the following order.

    • Desktop System Software (DSS) or Notebook System Software (NSS)
    • Chipset
    • PCMCIA/Smartcard controller
    • Intel Storage
    • Audio
    • Video
    • Network Interface Card (NIC) / Ethernet Controller

Please use the below mentioned link for the complete information about the driver installation order. Refer to the same if required.

I hope this helps. Please do write back in case you need any further assistance.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,

If you have installed the Roxio program from the CD that you received along with laptop please register the program. Since you have internet connection in the system, the program should get updated automatically. Please restart the system after the update and check if the error message still appears.
If the error message still persists please let us know the complete name of the Roxio software that you are installing.

Please do write back in case you need any further assistance.

    Thanks & Regards
