    Inspiron 1545 no boot

    My inspiron 1545 is not booting to the windows, after the Dell logo, it goes to a blank screen and no error messages..the system was slow from few days i re-installed the windows once few days it worked fine and now it failed again...any input welcome.

    This could be an issue with the hardware or the operating system. Please press the F8 key during the Dell logo and check if you are able to see the Windows advanced options and login to the Safe mode or the Safe mode with networking.

    To isolate and identify the issue please run a Pre-boot System Assessment. To initiate the PSA you may press and hold the Fn key and turn on the system. Please use the below link for more information about the PSA and the error codes.
