    Hello,

first sorry for my bad english cause i'm french.

I have a Inspiron 15R n5110 with a pentium B950 and it worked well but i would like to upgrade it. So i buy an used i5-2410M on ebay to upgrade.
The problem is that the computer is not booting at all (heatsink ON and heatsink OFF but black screen) or sometimes it boots to the windows loading screen and then make a BSOD with the error "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION"

I would like to know if the processor is not working? cause my dell have last bios A11 on it and it seems that i have a good enough AC Adapter (90W).

    thanks.

Probably a bad processor, I would look to return it.
