Yes and no. It will not be easy, it will void your warranty and it will not be cheap.

You will need to get the motherboard out of a 1720 or 1700 that has the nvidia card along with the nvidia card itself. Then you will need the heat sync for the CPU because the intergrated gfx and dedicated gfx use different heat syncs.

You can use the same CPU heat sync, but it will require some modifications - currently I am having overheating problems with mine.

    So ... you will need
    1) Motherboard out of 1700/1720 that came with the nvidia
    2) Nvidia Card out of 1700/1720
    3) Heat sinc - possibly

If Rahzer does find any other cards that will work, he will need to get a different motherboard.

You need the motherboard from an nvidia laptop. The motherboard with the intel is not upgradeable.

The motherboard with the Intel graphics is all on the one board with an LCD out on the motherboard to output to the screen.

The motherboard to run the Nvidia cards has a proprietary socket to connect either the 8400 or 8600 card to the motherboard and the LCD output is on the card.
