I just got a new dell inspiron 1720 and was wondering if there was a way to change the function of the media direct key with the picture of the house on it to do something more useful, like for load up a new window of IE to my home page?

    Thanks in advance

it has some instructions and pretty good discussion. i think you may have to delete/reformat the media direct partition to stop it from running in tandem with autohotkey. checkit.

oh, and welcome to the forums!
