    The Inspiron manual says

The 8-in-1 memory card reader reads the following memory cards:
    • Secure Digital (SD) I know what this card is
    • Secure Digital Input/Output (SDIO) I know what this card is
    • MultiMediaCard (MMC) I know what this card is
    • Memory Stick I know what this card is
    • Memory Stick PRO I know what this card is
    • xD-Picture Card I know what this card is
I need information on the next 2. I am going to buy a SDHC 8GB Card and also a 16GB Card. I have a feeling that they fall under one of the 2 Card types. Can anyone show me a link showing both of the 2 listed cards
    • Hi Speed-SD
    • Hi Density-SD

Hi-Speed cards are ones with data transfer rate with 66x(10 MB/s) and above such as 133x(20 MB/s).... It must cover upto specification 1.1 I suppose then....

I do not know about high density cards but the name suggests large capacity memory cards...
