I was asked to look at a 1721 for a friend. This was the SLOWEST machine I had ever set my hands on. After struggling with this machine, thinking it must have a virus of some sort, I ran across something on the web about this particular model and to remove then reinsert the battery. Well I did that and the machine started to act normal again. Now I'm even more confused but has anyone experienced this on the 1721?
