Inspiron 17R SE did not provide any secondary hard drive bracket. The part number is 80DF5.

I checked with Dell but they did not have stocks.

Can any one advise where can I get it? Thanks.

I would call Dell again and complain about it, it has to be included, so they will have to provide you one...

I already called them but not very helpful. Apparently, some machines have it but some don't. My friend has the lower end Ivy Bridge i5 processor 17R SE also has the HDD bracket. The only thing that I can say is Bad Luck.

So, your machine has the hdd bracket??
