    Hi,

I have been having problems with my power jack in my inspiron 2200, so the other day, I took apart the computer to take a look. I saw that I would have had to have resoldered, so I just put it back together. Once, I did that and rebooted my wireless card is not working properly. The signal strength is little or none. I am right next to my router and this is what I get. There were actually 3-4 networks in the area that I was able to see before I took it apart. Does anyone know what may have happened? Does it have something to do with how you run the system with or without a battery? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Sam
