I know others have experienced this problem of the keyboard on an Inspiron 2200 displaying a different character than the one that is depressesd,ie..the p key will display pi or the i key will display ip. I have 8 keys that will do this randomly and then go away for a period of time and then come back. When this has happened, I plugged in a usb keyboard and I do not have the problem. Will replacing the keyboard correct this problem or is it inherent to this computer and any oem replacement keyboards Please advise.
