    Inspiron 5160 Boot problems

    I have a friends 5160 that won't boot. It'll get to the Dell startup screen then retries. I've tried getting into the bios,F2, F12, says it's preparing to enter setup shuts down and starts over. It will try forever. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

    Perhaps try reseating the memory and hard drive as a place to start.

    Thanks ZaZ, tied both, no luck. Swapped out the hard drive with a spare, no luck. ?????
