Hey all a friend of mine has a Dell Inspiron 531 and when she recently turned it on it just started to beep and not give any picture. Now it goes to the Dell screen where it says to hit F2 for boot menu and F12 for setup but it doesnt move from there. Any ideas what it could be? The tower gave her no problems until she rearranged her room today.

    Probably improperly seated RAM.
Open the side of the case, and re-seat the memory modules.
Also this belongs in desktop review not NBR.
