Can you get the drivers at all?

If not, I'm assuming you have a second computer and high speed internet. Goto support.dell.com and enter your system information in. Once you get to the list of drivers, download and save your network driver. Then burn it to a disk.

Using that disk, install your network driver to your 6000. Then you should be able to get an internet connection so you can download the remaining drivers.

Thanks a lot, I worked out the problem, but a new one has arisen!! :( it now came up in a blue screen saying that the usbhub.sys has mistakenly marked a part of it's image pagable instead of nonpageable! I'v installed all the driver updates and everything!! I'm thinking of re-reformatting, and just hope! If any of you have a solution then i wont bother! thanks for ur help
