    Hi everyone.

I have been having a recent nightmare with Dell Tech Support.

Basically the laptop boots in safe mode and in normal at the very lowest res, but not in any sensible resolution. It is booting but with no image on my screen but will show an image on an external screen.

Have had new motherboard and graphics card fitted and new screen made no difference.

System has been recovered to factory status from rec partition on hard drive.

Dell are trying to sell me some disks that I dont think will solve my problem.

    Any ideas?
