Reinstalled XP pro SP3 from clean.
    Downloaded correct drivers from Dell.com.
Installed newest drivers in the proposed order by Dell.

Issue: Every time XP starts up following error text appears in a box.
    Box headline:"cli.exe - Application Error"
Box text: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application"

My graphic driver has not been properly installed/recognized. I have absolutely no idea how to fix this error. When I right click on the desktop I have ATI Catalyst Control Center at the top, but when I click on it the same error box appears.

I hope someone can help me :)
