i am looking and buying a dell online (will be my second afte rthe first was stolen) and in the auction brief it says this laptop has a QCF fault not fully dignosed.

what exactly does this mean?(i can not contact dell for help because i don't own the laptop and they don't have a email section)

Will this effect the performance of the comp?

can anyone help e i already searched the forums using QCF and got no where, here is the brief on hte laptop, i also know it has no hdd but thats easily solved with a trip to my local comp store
