    Hello.

I recently bought 1 x 2gb hynix ram ddr2 pc2 5300 for my laptop. does anyone know if i can install this in my laptop because the ram that was orignially in there was pc2 4200.

also, i noticed the maximum ram capacity is 2GB. does that mean i need 2 x 1GB? or can i just fill one slot with 2gb?

You could fill it with 2X1GB or just one 2GB stick. Any is fine.
