i bought this and was wondering what do you guys think about this laptop?

I just really Dislike the graphics card, especially because i am a "gamer"!

can i update the graphics card?

Im really happy with dual core 1.66ghz!! and 1gb ram! :)

Also , are there any tips and tricks for this notebook? like changing the color of the media button LED? or how do i change the function of the MediaDirect button?

There is no way to upgrade/update the graphics card in this laptop because it is integrated. I'm not aware of ways to change the media button LED colors.

No tricks, what you see is what you get.

Return it and get the 6400 or XPS1210 with dedicated GFX if you want to play games. This is not a gamers laptop.

Well, it depends on what games you want to play. See HERE for a list of (in)compatible games.

For the most part, this isn't exactly a "gamer's" laptop. This is a fine example of doing your research before buying :)

So take a look at the list. If you really want to use this system for gaming & the games you want to play aren't going to run well, you might want to look into cancelling/returning your order.
