    Inspiron 700m owners, please help!!!

    Hi

    I bought a new 700m notebook and apparently have a problem.
    It does not run QuakeIII Arena, and it fails the prime95 stress test within a minute for a hardware issue.

    Can anyone volunteer to download

    1.http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm (Prime 95)
    and try running the torture test.

    2. QuakeIII Arena Demo.
    ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/quake3/win32/q3ademo.exe
    try to see if you are able to run this demo.
    My comp freeses in a minute, and does not recover without a hard reboot.

    Any help/comment would be appreciated.
