    Hi,

I have what appears to be a few dead pixel/dirt under the screen. Its the FHD TouchScreen. I have just bought the laptop from eBay, and the sellers return policy is for "unused" items, so I would have to go through and probably fight him for a return so as I see it my options are:

    1. Contact Dell and see if it can be replaced under warranty.
    2. Contact Seller/eBay come to some agreement.
    3. Take of touch panel myself and check it isn't just a piece of dirt.

    Cheers in advanced.

mine had some dust between lcd and touch glass... try to tap it hard, like slap it but still, be CAREFUL. After few seconds, it will fall down if it is a dust like mine.
