Hello, I've never owned a device with a 4k display before so I thought I would ask some questions to try to gain a better understanding about them. Do games running at 1080p look noticeably worse on a 4k screen? How is the response time on this display? Does the performance of this laptop get sluggish with this display outside of gaming? Are there any quirks about the 4k resolution I should know about? Thank you.

This is a few months of a late reply from me but may be helpful.
running games in 1080p look perfectly like a 1080p display.
I have not tested for a response time but I have not noticed any input lag so I would guess under 5ms. My desktop has a 1ms and my last was a 10 and it was horrible for me.
in games like GTA V the performance was not sluggish in 4k med settings.
I like the 4k because the gaming even med settings 4k can look better then high in 1080p.
I also like that I can have lots of text on the screen small and readable. I will run 6 windows of chrome not stacked regularly.
