It looks like Dell has some parts on their site, such as the power adapter brick. Unfortunately with consumer notebooks it's just harder to find parts a few years after release of a laptop. That's why I often suggest business laptops for folks that want to be able to maintain and replace parts a few years down the road, because they have to keep parts handy for big corporate buyers that hold onto machines for 5+ years and insist that the supplier guarantee parts be available down the road. You can find parts for ThinkPads going back years.

Dell business line is the Latitude, so the Latitude models they'd support for 5+ years and keep parts in stock at all times. I'm not the be all and end all expert on Dell parts availability though, I suggest you go to their Support Assist page:

    https://www.dell.com/support/home/u...=h&scantype=tmc&loadsection=n&tabname=&swa=y

Then contact Dell directly through chat or phone and ask about battery replacement. They might have a service where you can mail in the laptop and they'll replace it, it's possible they just don't support end user battery replacement and so don't list them on their site.

Curious why you need a new battery? Does yours have a lot of wear? How did you purchase the laptop? The 7577 isn't that old, perhaps it's still under warranty.

I usually use laptops within 5 years range, so it will wear out after 3 years, but later it would be harder to find a battery i think, so i've decided to get it now and hold. Maybe someone can tell me the part number of this battery?

Sadly I looked at my pictures from the 7577 however I didn't take any pictures of the battery. Looking at the teardown by Bob of all Trades shows the part number as: 33YDH.

I see what you're saying about wanting to have a spare battery. Just remember to properly store the battery to prevent additional wear to it when not in use (40% charge at cool/cold temps I believe).

It's common for laptop manufacturers to use the same part number in multiple different systems. The 7778 is older than the 7577 so people are starting to need parts for it. You can always pull your battery to make sure it's the correct part number.
