    i bought laptop....formatted....previous owner's PW window came back (wierd).
    I unplugged something (not ram) behind bottom door.

    now i have ...Dell screen(white) asking for ...HD PASSWORD !!!

    this is where i am stuck !

    can i unplug HD...to reset ?
