Which laptop would be best for gaming? But still has ok portability and power. I would like to play World of Warcraft and Planetside.

i would say the 9200, because it does have portablity, being the general size if not thinner and lighter than most 17 inchers, plus it has massive power (2.1 ghz dothan 2 mb cache), and its gaming is definetaly an improvement over the 8600.

You'll definitely get more gaming power with the 9200 as you can configure it with an ATI 9700 128MB RAM vid card. The 8600 weighs 6.9 lbs and the 9200 weighs 7.71 lbs, so there's about a pound of difference. I wouldn't call either of them great as portable machines, but as the 9200 is faster, has a 17" screen and is only an extra 1 lb then I agree the 9200 would suit best.
