    Yes, you can upgrade to the specific cards that are available for your laptop, so you can go upgrade to the 6800 Geforce Go. It might void your warranty, but I've heard different things on that. On Dell's website, it states that most hardware changes will not void your warranty, so I would contact Dell before you do anything (if you care about your warranty).

    Now, acquiring the Go6800 card is another matter....might try Dell spare parts store.

    Yeah, that would be so awesome...an i6000 with a Go6800...oh well. Dell is supposed to have a 14" XPS coming up...we'll just have to wait and see what Dell has in store for us.

    better off upgrading to either the 6800 ultra or the 7800 GTX

    I have used all of the above and love my 7800GTX
