I can't read any external ports of any sorts when i plug in USB devices. Any advice on fixing this issue? I've reformatted my computer and downloaded all the updates offered on dell drivers and windows updates. Any advice on the issue?

Go to Intel.com and download the latest "intel chipset software installation utility"

Ok i downloaded the software, and i tested out the results by plugging in my Creative Jukebox Zen Xtra. Apparently it reads the drive, but i cant drag and drop files. Is it my USB problem still or the drive itself?
