I notice the bottom corners of my screen there's a smear... Anytime when Im using a light background I see it, and its driving me crazy. The first pic shows my taskbar...look at the corner, the one part is light and one is dark blue.....Its on both corners. Is this is normal, or a defect in my screen? Same thing on the second pic... Any suggestion?

Well, I think your gonna have to ask some of the Dell people here and ask them what they think.

I would say your chances aren't really that good...but you can try...

I think almost every LCD from Dell will have it. It's not a big deal, and you hardly notice it. In fact, it's normal, since the LCD uses the new prism technology that gives better brightness, contrast, and picture quality, but the corners are compromised.

    So it doesn't matter.

my e1505 had it, I pretty much eliminated it, though attempt at your own risk, basically you can "massage" it out, just gently press in the dark corner till you see the ripple effect of the screen, and repeat in a pulsing pattern about 30 or 40 times, dont press hard, just enough to make a ripple, I did this about 3 or 4 times, and the dark spot is barely noticable
