    All I get is this message:

    Windows encountered a problem trying to copy this folder. What do you want Windows to do?

    Any idea how to fix this?

    That's too vague. It could be a hardware, or software error. Windows is just reporting that it can't copy a folder to disc.
    Have you updated windows? Do you have any trouble running other burning software? Can it read discs ok? Those are things that should be eliminated first. :)
