    Has anyone tried using a 9 cell battery from Dell Inspiron 1525/6400 in a Dell XPS M1530 ? Will it fit fine or is the battery compartment size different? The 9 cell battery upgrade costs very high that I will have to settle for 6 cell when I buy the Dell XPS M1530. However I have a 9 cell battery in my Inspiron 1525/6400 and was wondering if I can use its 9 cell battery in the XPS M1530.

    Go to Dell's website and check out the part numbers for the batteries.
