    Hi all,

Well today I plugged ear phones into my laptop and I started to hear feedback threw them. Seems the feedback happens every time the hard drive is doing something intensive. The sound is even occurring if I mute sound.

I installed the latest Dell drivers btw.

I turned on an application called hard drive tune to see if something was wrong with the drive and when I started to test the sound was on all the time. Its like a low buzzing sound with the ear phones on even when mute is selected.

Any one have and advise as to what this could be about?
