    Are there any Inspiron 15 owners here (3521) that can somehow send me backup/restore iso or anything online that I can use to restore the partitions and everything my drive? Or better yet, does anyone how to go about obtaining one without having to pay?

    Have you tried asking Dell, I has some success when I simply told them I needed the disk to restore my laptop.

    You can also legally download Windows from Microsoft and use you key on the laptop to activate it.
