    Upgraded the memory on a friend's Inspiron 1721. Pulled the hinge cover and found three hidden buttons just to the left of the Media Direct button. I'm guessing the keyboard is used on other models, so I'm wondering what they're for. The 1720/21 threads are closed but I thought I'd give this a shot.
