    Inspiron6400 Tv-Out not working (white noise).

    Hi All,
    I got Dell Inspiron 6400 , with ati x1300 card.A09 Bios

    The issue is when i am trying to connect to the TV using the Tv out port with s-video cable 9 pin Dim.
    When i connect the cable it shows me only "white noise" .
    All the connections and setting are correct so there is no problem with them.

    Also tried with different drivers, same effect.
    But....it works great with my other desktop ,radeon 9800 tv out, with the same cable. and settings.

    UPDATE Problem Solved . The I6400 tv out s-video port cant use 9 pin dimm cable , that came with the radeon 9800. SO i bought 4 pin dimm and it worked perfectly.
