    Well it all depends really. Its just the choice of dell. Yeah, i knew that dell made there computers in malaysia and i always wondered what was available to that country. Im sure there are other dell plants that make computers but, there is nothing you can do about it. You can order it then have a friend ship it to you. But that is most likely illegal so i guess you cant do much. There is a thing you check mark when ordering a new dell saying that you agree not to export this computer to another country.

    It is pure marketing. The American Market loves flashy, I am the fastest, best in the world type of thing.
    That is why you get it in the Northern Hemisphere and not the southern Hemisphere. Dell knows it's market and nature of the people in the respective countries and thus market for it.

    As far as I know the XPS are made in Malaysia also. I thought all of their systems were made in Malaysia.

    How far is Penang from Kuala Lumpur? A great race is held each year at Sepang International Circuit. Atleast you guys have that ;p.

    3 hour drive, but i go to college in KL now, so i am realistically in KL... Races have nothing to do with unfair gamer treatment =P
