I'm getting this really weird echo/reverb in my headphones whenever I plug it in. Now, this has been going on since I've gotten it, just was never really that important to me until I started narrating audiobooks.

Now it's driving me nuts, and I can't figure it out. I've updated all drivers, disabled microphones, turned on and off app exclusivity, etc. Been searching for about 3 days now to try and find an answer and figured this would be the best place to come to ask for help. Dell forums seem so....I dunno, un-helpful.

Any other advice to help this issue? Audio is fine outside of headphones.
