Hey,
I want to know if we can install Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 on Dell Inspiron 14z ultrabook ?
Dell Inspiron 14z :
1. 3rd Gen Intel® Core i7-3517U Processor (4MB cache, up to 3.0 GHz)
2. 8 GB RAM
3. AMD Radeon HD 7570M with 1GB GDDR5
4. 14.0" HD WLED TrueLife (1366x768)
5. Hard Drive 500 GB / 5400 rpm

And also I want to know if I install OS X will I have any driver problem ?

Legally, no. There is no grey area, it is an absolute definite no.

That said, if you are one to play fast and loose with legal interpretation, or are one of the fortunate ones outside of crapple's legal jurisdiction...

As for Drivers, it's hit or miss unless you can find someone with the exact system you have that ran it already.

The only really successful Hackintoshes are based on machines that essentially identical hardware as a Mac. There is only one MacBook with a 1366x768 screen (Air 11), and since Apple switched back to NVIDIA GPUs, you can scratch that AMD 7570 GPU.

The OP is welcome to try, but I will say with 99.99% certainty that it will fail.

You can install it fine, the only issue I got was some Audio driver problem, the best place to start would be OSx86 Project | InsanelyMac

Yet it is okay to install windows on a mac. Makes no sense to me.

Get kexthelper to install custom driver kext files, its been a long time since I used to run it on my MSI Wind U100 4-5 years back but I did enjoy the OS and i've been tempted to give it a whirl booting from my esatap port so I can hotswap between OS's that way .

Actually, most software EULAs have no legal power. Especially when we're talking about individuals installing Hackintoshes. From elsewhere:

EULA's are contracts. That's the only force they have. If they violate contract law, then they are not valid contracts.

Most EULA's have these features in common that would cause them to not be upheld as valid contracts:

1. Most EULA's are hidden inside the box, and aren't presented BEFORE the sale.

2. There is no proof of agreement that most contracts generally have (ie: signature, witnesses, etc).

3. They are not agreements between people of equal standing, because every one of them have clauses that allows the issuer to alter any and ALL parts of it at will. No compensation is offered when changes are made, nor is consent sought. In contract law, in order to alter a contract to gain something favorable to one side, compensation must be offered to the other party. "Agree to this or you can't keep using what you've already bought" is not considered compensation. This is an important part of contract law, designed to protect both parties. Employment contracts would be slave contracts if this protection weren't in the law.

4. Most EULA's contain provisions that aren't allowed in contracts in some states and countries (some of the examples I've listed above). In many places this makes the WHOLE THING null and void, even if there are survivability clauses. Their attempt to get around this is to state that it is in force in the locale of the issuer (usually California) which is sort of odd, considering that California has very strong (and generally consumer friendly) contract law. Still, though, this is a problem for EULA's, as many locales don't ALLOW you to waive certain rights, such as the right to arbitration, or to litigate a dispute in the place where the agreement was agreed to. Nor do they allow you to waive certain consumer protections that EULA's do as well.

If the EULA isn't valid or enforceable, then the publisher has no rights or privileges beyond that ordinary copyright law grants them.

OP is certainly welcome to try, but there might be driver issues, which might be possible to fix by using drivers from other BSD (maybe even other Unix-like) drivers?
