Legally, no. There is no grey area, it is an absolute definite no.

That said, if you are one to play fast and loose with legal interpretation, or are one of the fortunate ones outside of crapple's legal jurisdiction...

You can find a plethora of information here: Hackintosh Instructions, Hackintosh How To Guides @ Hackintosh.com

As for Drivers, it's hit or miss unless you can find someone with the exact system you have that ran it already.

Don't let me discourage you, just trying to give you a bit of info until those that have any semblance of knowledge on the topic arrive ;)

The only really successful Hackintoshes are based on machines that essentially identical hardware as a Mac. There is only one MacBook with a 1366x768 screen (Air 11), and since Apple switched back to NVIDIA GPUs, you can scratch that AMD 7570 GPU.

The OP is welcome to try, but I will say with 99.99% certainty that it will fail.

You can install it fine, the only issue I got was some Audio driver problem, the best place to start would be OSx86 Project | InsanelyMac

Get kexthelper to install custom driver kext files, its been a long time since I used to run it on my MSI Wind U100 4-5 years back but I did enjoy the OS and i've been tempted to give it a whirl booting from my esatap port so I can hotswap between OS's that way :).

Actually, most software EULAs have no legal power. Especially when we're talking about individuals installing Hackintoshes. From elsewhere:

    Topic: Will a EULA stand up in court? (1/1) - MMOFringe.com - MMOFringe.com

OP is certainly welcome to try, but there might be driver issues, which might be possible to fix by using drivers from other BSD (maybe even other Unix-like) drivers?
